Popular - Please read!The "Browsing Street" gallery on deviantArt has been broken for almost a month.
Images uploaded show late, and ordering is totally incomprehensible.
You can see dozens of images with 0 or 1 fave before seeing an image that according to the rules should be there.
Here is what you get for the last 24 hours:
Most of these images far less faves that many images that don't show here.

dA help desk claims that no change has occurred, and refers to this journal, written in 2012, to explain the behavior:
As this is obviously wrong, this will be my next "Street Photography" post.
